MANGO

A very healthy and tasty fruit that is similar to a peach in flavor, but containing many more vitamins and minerals. Mangos are so good for so many different things. They seem to be one of the perfect fruits.  They are high in Vitamins A, B, and C and contain Copper (which is helpful in producing blood), Potassium and Magnesium. The mango is also a great probiotic and contains lots of healthy fiber making them a great source of fiber for you colon.

Mangoes are very beneficial in many different ways. Research has shown that the antioxidants of Mangoes can protect you against breast, colon and prostate cancer as well as leukemia.  It can also be helpful in lowering bad cholesterol, promoting better eyesight, and normalizing insulin blood levels. Eating a cup of mango contains 25 percent of your daily need of Vitamin A which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes. If you can’t eat a mango every day, then having a cup of mango tea will add to the amount of nutrition that you get daily.
