APRICOTS  are rich in beta carotene and antioxidants. It is a pulpy fruit that is not usually juicy, but is very sweet. It is often dried, made into jams, jellies, pies and curries as well as eaten in all its splendor and glory. It also make for a very smooth and light, sweet tea.  Apricots are high in Vitamin C and are known to be very good for the heart.
